Yan Ho Church is a church established by Hong Kong Evangelical Yan Kei Church in Ho Man Tin Village. It was originally located in Ho Man Tin Reading Centre. By the grace of God, our church has been holding worship services at the new site since November 1991 and was renamed to “Hong Kong Evangelical Yan Ho Church”, striving to spread the gospel to the district and the community near the school as the God’s lampstand. In November 2000, our church purchased a unit on the third floor of Lee May Building in Mong Kok as the office of the church. We will continue to encourage our church members to commit themselves to fulfilling the Great Commission of Jesus Christ and community gospel work.

 

There are more than 180 church members at our church, with an average of 140 people attending Sunday services every week. Our members are formed by around 60 different families. Most of them are working youths, teachers and professionals. We aim to develop into a church that cares about personal growth and focuses on developing healthy family relationships.

 

Our ministry team is formed by one senior pastor, two religious officers and one admin executive. The religious officer is responsible for supporting the school’s religion education and helping the Parents Resource Centre. We hope that God will continue to use us as His instrument to spread His Word in the community. We will also keep providing quality Christian education services for Christian Youth Centre Kindergarten & Nursery and promoting holistic development of the parents and students.
